Founded in 1999 in Gorzów Wielkopolski, we began with recruitment and HR consulting in Lubuskie and nearby regions. Thanks to our dynamic growth, we now serve clients throughout Poland, offering a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, employee selection, training, and payroll outsourcing.
From the outset, we were pioneers in the Polish HR consulting market, being the first to introduce personnel leasing in the Lubuskie Voivodeship and later also foreign employee leasing. In response to employer needs, we created our own Local Remuneration Report project, enabling analysis of salaries in the region.
2007 marked a key milestone in the company’s history – we expanded beyond Poland, establishing partnerships with employment agencies beyond Poland’s eastern border. Currently, our foreign department employs over 1,000 temporary workers, and our international cooperation includes recruitment for employers from Korea, India, France, Germany, China, and Italy, among others.
Since its inception, the company has experienced rapid growth. Initially operating with a small team of three recruiters supported by students, we are now building specialized departments that quickly respond to changing market needs.
Today, Audit HR employs over 1,000 people, including 35 administrative staff and a large team of specialists in recruitment, human resources, payroll, and training. Our management structure includes a four-person Management Board and specialized departments responsible for recruitment, foreigner services, training, marketing, and PR, which contribute to the company’s dynamic growth.
